She serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Recording Academy®, making history as the first Black woman and youngest person ever elected to lead the organization's governing body. An Associate Professor at Berklee College of Music, she also serves on the boards of the Latin Recording Academy®, the GRAMMY Museum®, and MusiCares®.
